Day 30
184 lbs, 40" chest, 35" waist, 40.5" hips, 29.5" thighs, 14.5" arms


Day 60
179 lbs, 38" chest, 33" waist, 39" hips, 28" thighs, 12" arms


In 60 days I've lost 4 lbs, 2" in my chest, 5" in my waist, 6" in my hips, 1" in my thighs, 2" in my arms. Not too bad!!
