Grace Pointe 5k

This may very well be the only blog post I've ever done (and probably ever will do) without any photos. I don't know why, but I do not have ANY photos from the Grace Pointe for Missions Trail 5k that I ran with my running friend Holly. I know I snagged one of her before the run, but I don't know where that one is either. The race was hosted by a the church she used to attend and it was run entirely on their property - it was mostly on grass and through trees. It was quite frankly, horrible. We kept falling and stumbling and we just weren't ready for that type of race. I don't even remember our time anymore, in fact, I don't even think I took my Garmin. They had every kilometer marked and it was really throwing us off. I remember saying there is no way that's 2 miles already, we were a bit slow to figure out it wasn't miles - hahaha. I can honestly say this was my very least favorite race of any I have done so far.
