Day 2, Slimdown

So the Lower Body workout is NO JOKE! OMG! Owwwww!!! My quads are burning. I didn't do the 20 minutes core today - I will try and squeeze it in tomorrow. I'm going to have to be flexible with the "plan" because of the kiddos and getting online to chat with Chris. I at least got the lower body in tonight.
I realized mid-day that I wasn't doing so well with the veggies today. I did get all my fruit in though, so for dinner I did a chicken stir-fry with extra veggies. Very yummy! Looks like I'm going to have to get creative to get all my veggies in a day.
