Day 3 of the 10 pound Slimdown! I did the upper body workout today with bands (I don't have free weights). It was definitely easier then the lower body. I'm not sure about the bands though - I might have to breakdown and purchase a set of hand weights.
I'm not sure how I'm going to get the 20 minute core workout in either. It has it along with upper body one day and lower body the next time, but I don't really have 40 minutes, but we do get 2 days of rest and a day of yoga, so I will probably do it on one of the day's of rest. As it gets closer to the end of the 30 days it also has lower and upper body on the same day. I'm not sure I can do that because of time. I might have to try and do one in the morning...hmmmm, we'll see about that one.
I got all my fruit in again today, but not the veggies - why are they so tough to squeeze in?! One of these nights I'll need to work out a game plan so I have it planned out instead of just "trying to get them in." I'm sure that would help me immensely.
