Update on October Goals
Wow! I was really optimistic at the start of October unfortunately it didn't last. Thankfully we are only half way into the month, so I've got time to turn it around and hopefully correct the damage I've done.
My goals for October:
1. To bust into the 150's.
Well instead of busting into the 150's, I've managed to put on 4 lbs. I'll be happy to get into November back at 160. My goal for this week - not only log my food every day but to complete the day; if I don't want to log what I'm eating, then I shouldn't be eating it! I'm successful when I log what I eat. I will get this weight off and continue heading in the RIGHT direction!
2. Run 3 to 4 times a week.
I'm still running. I've been averaging 4-5 times a week (except for when I went to my parent's place). I love going to Gold's and running in the movie room. It's fun and time flies. Plus, I'm not having to push the double jogging stroller so I don't 'hurt' as much.
3. Lift 3 times a week.
I am still going to Gold's, but I'm not lifting 3 times a week. I did 2 days one week and 1 so far this week. Monday I plan on getting back on track with lifting. It's hard because I have to get there before 11am since the kid area closes at 1pm. I'm just being lazy. I need it on my calendar so I make it a priority to get out of the house on time.
I put in my last blog on October goals that I was going to put on my calendar the days I'd run and the days I'd lift. I didn't do that. It shows.
That's right! I DECIDE!! And right now I'm deciding to shake off the doubts and push through...back on track here I come!
