Day 25, P90X

Day 25 of P90X was Stretch X. I skipped this one the first time around, so tonight was my first time doing it. I actually liked it. I wanted to get to the gym early to do some cardio, but was running late so I only got 7 minutes and 38 seconds on the elliptical. Stretch X is exactly what it sounds like - stretch moves. It was basically all the warm-ups, cool-downs, and a bunch of yoga moves. It felt good, and I think it's exactly what I needed to get my motivation back. I'm raring to go now and it's time to go to bed - LOL. I think it's the first time ever that I want to stay up and Chris wants to go to bed. Tomorrow is Core Synergistics - Bring it!
