Day 31, P90X

Tonight was another new routine for us - back and biceps. We were getting some weird looks from some of the guys for those crazy pull-ups we had to do tonight. I personally like them and thought they were fun. It's probably my favorite workout in the whole series. No time for Ab Ripper X since we had to keep stopping the tape and running upstairs to use the pull-up machine. If they had a remote control we'd probably had a little more time. We had to skip the last set of pull-ups too. It was still a great workout. I just chugged my vanilla protein drink and I'm inhaling my Luna bar. So hungry tonight.
Nutrition today was decent:
9am - Pumpkin oatmeal, coffee with natural pumpkin creamer
noon - 2 eggs, 3 small sausages
230pm - Chocolate Shakeology - 1 banana, 1 Tbsp natural pb, 1% milk
5pm - Swordfish with avocado and pineapple salsa (avocado, pineapple, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and cilantro all tossed together) with leafy greens. It was so yummy!
10pm - Protein drink, Luna bar
Water intake was really good today too. Here is dinner. Hubby was devouring my salsa with chips before dinner. LOL
